A club sandwich please

My husband and I are the middle piece of bread at our house. We are a genrational club sandwich. We have three kids (I can’t use the adjective small since one is taller than me.). The kids are Emily (14), Rachel (10) and Ian (8). Then you have Frank and me (I am not telling you our ages.). Finally we have Evelyn, Frank’s grandmother. Evelyn moved in with us about six years ago because she was diagnoised with Alzheimer’s Disease.

Statistically, she should have died by now, Frank and I should be divorced and our kids should be in therapy for being bratty children. THANK GOD WE AREN’T A STATISTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Evelyn’s AD (Alziemer’s Disease) hasn’t progressed since she moved in with us. Frank and I are happily married. The kids aren’t in therapy (yet).

I will share my crazy life adventures with you here. Even if for no other reason than to let you know you are not alone. We are all sandwiched in this life.
